By registering on VaidikVivah, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users — free and paid — and to all features of the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to register. Male members must be at least 21 years old and female members at least 18 years old, in accordance with Indian marriage law. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is true and accurate. VaidikVivah is intended for individuals seeking Hindu matrimony — not casual relationships.
Your profile must represent you or a close family member you are registering for. You must use a real photo. Fake, misleading, or incomplete profiles will be removed. You may not post contact details (phone, email, WhatsApp) in your profile text or bio — this is to protect all members. Profiles found violating these guidelines will be immediately suspended.
The following are strictly prohibited: (a) Creating a profile on behalf of someone without their knowledge or consent. (b) Harassing, threatening, or abusing other members. (c) Sharing contact details of other members without consent. (d) Using the platform for purposes other than matrimony. (e) Attempting to bypass the interest/contact system. (f) Creating multiple accounts. Violations may result in permanent ban and, in serious cases, legal action.
Free registration is always available. Gold and Platinum plans are paid monthly subscriptions processed via Razorpay. Subscription fees are charged in advance. Once a subscription period begins, it is non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period.
Kundli matching, Guna Milan, Manglik analysis, and other astrological computations on VaidikVivah are provided for informational and guidance purposes. They are based on traditional Vedic Jyotish methods. VaidikVivah does not guarantee the accuracy of astrological predictions or that a match will be successful. Final matrimonial decisions should always involve family, trusted pandits, and personal judgment.
All content on VaidikVivah — including the platform design, Kundli algorithms, reports, community data, and brand — is the property of VaidikVivah. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of the platform without written permission.
VaidikVivah is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that you will find a match, or that any match will result in a successful marriage. We are a platform that facilitates introductions — the relationship and its outcome are entirely the responsibility of the individuals involved.
VaidikVivah shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to unsuccessful matches, loss of data, or disputes between members.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of VaidikVivah shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the new terms.
