Refund Policy

🙏 We want every family on VaidikVivah to feel they received full value. If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us before raising a dispute — we resolve most issues within 48 hours.

1. Free Plan

Registration and use of the Free plan involve no charges. There is nothing to refund.

2. Paid Subscriptions (Gold & Platinum)

Subscriptions are charged monthly in advance. By default, subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started and you have accessed the paid features (Kundli reports, contact access, etc.).

3. When Refunds Are Applicable

A full refund will be issued if: (a) You were charged due to a technical error on our platform. (b) You were charged twice for the same subscription period. (c) Your Gold or Platinum features were completely unavailable for more than 72 continuous hours during your paid period due to a platform outage, and the issue was not resolved. Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the disputed charge.

4. No Refunds For

We do not issue refunds for: (a) Change of mind after purchase. (b) Not finding a suitable match — matching is a service we facilitate, not a result we guarantee. (c) Partial use of a subscription period. (d) Account suspension due to violation of our Terms of Service.

5. Auto-Renewal Cancellation

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from Settings → Subscription. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. Your current subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. No refund is issued for the remaining days of the current period.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email support@vaidikvivah.com with subject line "Refund Request" and include your registered email, subscription plan, date of charge, and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

7. Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks raised without prior contact may result in suspension of your account pending investigation.
